Rochester Travel Group is locally owned and operated. Diane Celento, a life-long resident of the Gates area, has owned the Agency for almost 25 years. We are a successful almost three-million-dollar company. Our over 100 years of combined experience enables us to provide professional service in the areas of corporate, leisure, school groups, motor coach trips, meeting planning, incentives, group travel, honeymoon planning and destination weddings. We offer a complimentary Bridal Registry to our wedding couples. With our unique size, we are able to provide the best in technology along with a personal touch. The staff stays current with the ever-changing travel industry by attending training seminars, familiarization trips, and lectures on a regular basis. Each of the team members is a certified specialist in a variety of destinations and tour operators including various Caribbean islands, cruise lines, Hawaii, Alaska, Florida, and Disney.
We are one of a limited number of Preferred Sandals and Beaches Agencies in the Rochester area. We attained that status by attending training seminars, traveling to their various island locations and experiencing their resorts, as well as doing the required site inspections at all of their properties on a regular basis. The Agency has earned the “EarMarked” status as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. This prestigious designation by Walt Disney Travel Co. is a result of our commitment to all Disney products as well as the combined training and knowledge that our staff has. The Agency is also a member of the Funjet Vacation 500 Club.
Rochester Travel Group donates a portion of its profits from all Disney product reservations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation; a portion of all profits from Royal Caribbean Cruise Line reservations to AutismUp; and also supports the Golisano Children’s Hospital at the Strong Memorial Hospital.
